The use of the right products prevents rust
Corrosion protection of machined and finished metal surfaces is often the last treatment in a production cycle. For this reason, it is extremely important to choose the correct protective agent according to individual needs. In some cases, solvent-borne products are preferred,as they can provide long-lasting protection (even for shipments by sea) and can be easily removed. In other cases, water-soluble protectants are preferred for inter-operational protection or testing, with a residue that can be dry or greasy as needed.
