The basic steps

In over 40 years of history Tecnolubeseal has developed a method
divided into 3 macro-areas, divided in turn into 8 points which will be declined below.

BEFORE

1. ANALYSIS: Il team The Tecnolubeseal team analyzes the existing situation by starting with the materials used in the application, design, operating conditions, and performance requirements. They do this with input from the customer.

2. DEFINITION OF OBJECTIVES: Thanks to the consulting service of our technicians, areas for improvement are identified, and the objectives to be met by the product are defined with the customer.

3. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION: With the help of in-house laboratory staff, the characteristics of the most suitable product are identified by drawing from the extensive product portfolio and/or developing one from scratch.

DURING

4. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION: Once the suitable product has been chosen, Tecnolubeseal’s sales engineers submit a detailed proposal to the customer, complete with the necessary technical documentation.

5. TESTING: Once the lubricant has been confirmed and the technical proposal has been accepted, a sample is sent to the customer to continue with the tests necessary to approve the product and verify that the shared objective has been achieved.

6. TECHNICAL SUPPORT: During all phases of the homologation tests, Tecnolubeseal technicians remain available to the customer to assess performance and, if necessary, support the customer with additional in-house laboratory analysis and/or modifications to the sampled product.

AFTER

7. SPECIFICATIONS AND SUPPLY: Once the testing of the samples has positively met expectations, the supply specifications are defined. These specifications include packaging, delivery times, certifications, certificates of analysis, or other required documentation.

8. POST-SALE SUPPORT: The Tecnolubeseal team remains available even after the sale to support the customer in all their needs related to the supply.
